2. Counselling on issues faced by members at their respective companies
3. Chat between 12 noon and 1 pm every day except Sundays and declared holidays
4. Allowing them to attend webinar/seminar at concessional rate
5. Sending amendments and changes in laws affecting directors once a month in one word file
6. Instituting red flags on the companies where they are directors
7. Regular updates on the legal cases on directors and their status say once a month
8. Updating the members periodically on their status on disqualifications, if any,
9. Updating the members on statutorily tainted companies
10. Providing information on companies or on fellow directors, where are prosecutions, are underway
11. Providing information, if any, of their companies where they are under strike off/cirp liquidation.
12. Any other information which is likely to have a bearing on the directorship of the companies where they are directors.
